Built in 1999 next to the church, the radio station (on the Left) pictured here is under construction.

     The radio station, built and run with our gifts from St. Cecilia, provides education for those who are illiterate, which is 70% of Haiti's population.  The priest broadcasts programs in Haitian Creole on sanitation, health, nutrition, news, and plays popular music, and hymns.  Radio Sacre-Coeur educates and inspires the community.


The Baraboo radio station donated radio equipment to Radio Sacre-Coeur in Thiotte in 1999.
