Take Hwy 13, 16, 23 into downtown Dells. After
crossing river bridge continue to the third set of stop & go lights and turn
left on Vine St. Continue Straight to Calvary Cemetery main entrance.
From East side (Hwy 13, 16, 23)
Intersect at a stop & go light, continue into Dells.
Turn right at the next stop & go light onto Vine St. Continue to Calvary

Rules
-
Lots may only be sold to
registered Parishioners of St. Cecilia's Congregation living within the area for use by their
immediate family. The property owner may not sell to anyone other than
Calvary Cemetery. See item 10. below.

A monument is defined as
an object set up to keep alive the memory of a person and be available as a
record for future generations. Examples are head stones or marker at the
grave site. All Monuments must have a cement base level with the ground
and a minimum 4 inches and a maximum of 6 inches space around the marker.
A rectangular area in front of the monument measuring 12 inches deep and
covering the same width as the cement foundation with an approved boundary
may be constructed. All monuments and rectangular area must have approval of
the Pastor or his designated Sexton of St. Cecilia Congregation.
Application may be made through St. Cecelia Congregation Parish Office.

Flowers and wreaths,
artificial or real must be placed in urns made of durable material: No
glass jars, aluminum or tin cans etc. are permitted. They may be suspended
from stands for hanging baskets adjacent to the monument. Only one candle
in an approved closed candle container designed similar to votive candles
may be used and/or one solar light per burial site others will be removed.
All types of flowers, wreaths or other decorations must meet the criteria
stated herein. When any type of decoration is placed on a marker it must be
removed when it becomes faded, broken or otherwise damaged.
Nothing may be placed on the ground outside
of the area defined by the cement base of the monument and the area defined
by the rectangular area boundary. Persons constructing a rectangular area
are responsible for its appearance at all times. Failure to maintain the
area will result in the right to have the rectangular area. No
gravel or rock of any size may be placed around the monument or in the
defined rectangular area.
Calvary Cemetery staff
will remove any decoration not complying with cemetery rules. Broken and
deteriorated monuments shall be removed and kept for a reasonable time next
to the utility shed in the cemetery. The Calvary Cemetery Sexton shall
attempt to contact the family and inform them the monument must be repaired
or replaced. If the family does not take action within one year the Sexton
shall dispose of the monument.
- The
Grantee of any parcel in the cemetery must maintain all decorative items.

No trees except dwarf
spruce may be planted. The planting must occur only on the grave sites
listed on the persons easement by the person planting and must be at either
side of the monument. Permission must be given by Pastor or his designated
Sexton.

All burials shall be made
in cement or other approved vaults as determined by the Calvary Cemetery
Commission and State laws.

Ashes must be buried in
containers approved by the Pastor or his designated Sexton.

No automatic sprinklers
will be allowed in the cemetery.

Cemetery gates may be
closed as weather or other conditions require.

By Cemetery regulation,
paragraph #495, as set forth in the First Synod of the Diocese of Madison,
Calvary Cemetery may purchase unused grave sites at the original cost to the
to the lease holder. Calvary Cemetery will accept unused plots as a
donation and give due credit.

Cemetery deeds give the
Grantee the right for proper burial of human remains/ashes. The property
remains in control of Calvary Cemetery and St. Cecilia Parish.
Rules adopted by the Calvary Cemetery
Association and go into effect July 1, 2006.
